Join gym company at your own risk, terrible establishment

I joined Gym Company late last year September. I distinctly remember asking the young man assisting me with my application if I'd be able to get out of this if and when I want to and he reassured me that I'd just have to say the word and they would freeze my account and then proceed to terminate my membership at a fee if I wish to. Long story short, I relocated, so I couldn't use my membership plus I'd lost interest due to the unprofessional and arrogant conduct of the manager at the doornfontein branch. I called them to inform them of this and a lady I spoke to from there proceeded to shout at me demanding that I go sort the matter out in person. I tried to explain I couldn't because I'd relocated and she continued shouting at me, refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I now reached a point where I wanted absolately nothing to do with this establishment. I wanted to terminate my membership. Of which of course they keep refusing and delaying so the debt is obviously accumulating every month. Terrible establishment with even worse staff, rude and condescending.
