I started working at Gym Company Bromhof 19th April 2021, I totally enjoyed my work as I am good at it, however while I was in training I heard that there's been an incident at the Randburg Square Club that a girl was ***ually harassed, I didn't think much of it as I was excited about the next step. So long story short, I had an incident similar to what happen at the other club, I then reported it to higher management, we then had the hearing and things didn't go to well as my manager was being very offensive, so he was then suspended for 1 week ONLY!!!!! Turns out I wasn't the only girl, so now this other chick is being "Promoted" and being sent to another club which is in Westgate, and they plan on moving me as well, so turns out they removing us from this club and letting the manager continue working here because his BEST FRIENDS with the owner of GYM COMPANY!!!!!!! I'm not trying to be funny or anything however what happen was unacceptable and very shocking cause sometimes we think "stuff like that won't happen to us". So why move a pervert from one club to the next club? Why remove your staff to keep a pervert? When your staff is making the money and the Manger just sits in the office and does nothing!?

Anyway I have resigned today.
