its 3yrs later my name is nt cleared on itc

Had a contract with this gym signed under makhosi and manager was ray .now its been over 3yrs later I'm listed as a defaulter on ITC . on they contract it allows customers to come back in 5 days period which I did and manager ray was nt available was at the time .when I came back the following day they took my card and I wrote a letter saying I can't continue . they said they will follow it up till this day nothing has been done and ray the manager left .all my documents with him are nw unknown.I was never assistant BT I was told to pay up even if I did not gym there at all by the lady at their reception Pauline.
