I app**** at Gym company in April 2014, the gym was supposed to be functional by July. I was promised a membership card which after two years I have not received, after two weeks of applying though I had requested that my membership be cancelled and was told that because it was only two weeks that the application had not been processed and would not be. Debit orders for the gym company only came off my account two months after the gym had opened. I reversed the debit orders because I was under the impression that my contract had been cancelled.I had never used any of their facilities. Then November 2015 I get a letter stating that I owe them over R7000.00. I immediately got my lawyer to intervene and now I get a notification that i have been listed. GET MY NAME OFF THE ITC RECORDS BECAUSE I OWE YOU NOTHING!!!!! Gym Company are nothing but ******. They don't send any communication only a letter to say that you will be listed. Even so, they still ignored my lawyers letter. I will take this further if you fail to co operate
