ITC clearance

My name is Nokuthula

I had an outstanding account with gym company bara and I made an amnesty payment of 900 as advised by the consultant on the 02.12.2018 and was advised that I should receive ITC clearance by the 15.12.2018 since they have blacklisted me.

I since haven't received feedback from them and I kept on following up with them and was only sent a payment confirmation letter on the 12.01.2019 and they advised that the ITC clearance will be received in the next 14 working days.

I waited the whole month for gym company to acknowledge payment and now they saying I must wait an additional 14 working days for ITC clearance certificate.

Kindly assist me with the above.
