Irritated by this company

Gym Company I checked my credit listing now and it shows that I have a bad debt written off my name from your company and this was after I requested my contract to be cancelled back in 2013 and one of your staff members in the Braamfontein branch that I went to to have this cancelled did not do so , do you know how annoying it is to deal with such incompetence as this is my life you are messing with and I want this stupid ITC listing to be removed from my name and you better insure that it is done immediately as I can not even get a lease for accommodation and in future won't be even able to apply for financing because of a mistake that your company did
