inlawfull sign up

<p>hi there ,please kindly assist.I had visited a mall in randburg for shopping and had agents from gym company stop me ..at that stage i was interested in joining the gym but their Gym was still new and under construction and i pulled back my aplication immidiately and the guy promised he wont be submiting any forms from me after giving me a copy i signed (i then joined a gym at work till date). Two months went by and the debits started offwhich i queried with them with no avail to cancel my subscription as it was not my concern..the agreed but to my suprise the account is on default on my credit score..please please assist me ,my life is on hold</p>
