Incorrect Debits

During October 15 I transferred my membership to someone else and got confirmation that it was done but came end of October they debited my account and was told I will get a refund, of which didn't happen. on the 19th of November a lady by the name Betty called me from this number *** told me she's waiting for my initial contract to be sent to her and told her I shouldn't be debited as I have proof that it was transferred but to my surprise today I was debited for 3 memberships, 2 I don't know who they belong to and the 1 is mine that was \transferred"so they didn't transfer"
