INCOMPITENT RECEPTIONIST

THEE MOST *********** RECEPTIONISTS OF THEM ALL by the name of Lebo from Maponya Mall ( has the most stinking attitude of them all) this lady acts like she does you a favour by assisting you especially if you are a Male who is not flashy or a Female who is very stunning...here she is 2 days ago alerting me thay my account is owing which i was not aware or made aware of (vis sms notification), okay fine then having heard that I told Lebo that I will make payment after gym of which she strongly refused and said i need to pay first (bear in mind Im a customer or 2+years and she doesn't give me a benefit of doubt)...I trt to explain thay I dont have cash and will have to mive funds from a cardless savings acc which will take time to reflect (I kid you not I sat a long 30mins,only ro have hee come back to me to ask..."have you already paid..." and then saying "haii ke you'll wait because our system reflects same time"...Wow!!! Yesterday i went and paid R200 to reduce and then told the consultant ( within the offices) that I'll pay the remainder today and then asked if i can gym and she said Yes...only to have LEBO again saying no you can't enter you need to pay....so my question is why is Gym company not sending their employees to CUSTOMER SERVICE Training????
