Incompetitence and a bad vibe..

I joined Gym company the end of June, after i signed the papers I was told my account would be debited with R500 for the joining fee/tag once off and R99 per month after.<br> I then carried on life as normal. On the 11th August i got an sms saying my account was in arrears??<br> I went straight into the Gym (who couldn't help me as there was load shedding..AND they still did not have a tag for me (2mnths later) I then called daily to try sort it out, every time i called i was referred to numerous people who didn't know what was happening and told they would call me back. (they never did). I then went into the Gym on the 20th August.. The receptionist had no clue,she tried calling the manager- who was \out". After they had a 10min convosation she simply stated she couldn't help us. When we got angry she then offered to call the accounts lady. Then after dialing the number she told us she can't help either as she is in a meeting.. As we stormed out we saw a gentleman near the counter. My bf then stormed back in looking for head offices number. The guy standing there was the owner!! No one could help us bt the owner was right there?? Luckily he could help - but all with attitude..Its sad"""
