I signed a one year contract with Gym company for a premium of R245 pm yet at the end of the contract period they still are billing me the normal R245 and the R199 which they claim is for a new contract that I never even signed. I've raised the matter with their branch manager Bongani Ngwenya who doesn't bother to respond and another senior manager called Dylan who has still to resolve this matter. After numerous e-mails I'm still left in limbo with my money not returned.
