*********** Gym Company

I went to gym company Maponya to cancel my membership in August after two and half years, I was told the last deduction month will be end of September to my surprise there was a deduction on my account end of October and November irrespectively I then today went to Maponya branch to log a complaint the consultant by the name of Vanessa told it was a system error and it was beyond her control I must just revise the debts. My question is who must be responsible for the revise bank charges? I'm so disappointed at gym company and their *********** staff.
