GYM Company stuff members are *********** and don't know anything with relates to the consumer laws.

i had an Account opened in the year 2014 and three years has lapsed without any successful payments nor acknowledgement of debt. I went to gym company to request them to close the account and update my credit profile accordingly (as prescribed) and they advised me that the prescription act is not applicable to them and that i need to pay the debt for them to close the account and update my credit profile.
