Immature Decision

i recently found out that the GYM Company has placed my name on ITC despite the fact that i spoke to one of their agent in early 2013 that i have relocated, she should cancel my contact. she advised that i need to make payment of around R200. informed her that i will pay when i am around JHB. The ITC state that i owe R 6666. i called the GYM and spoke to Pauline Radebe who indicated that the amount went up as i havent paid. i requested to make arrangement as i have to secure an interview. she advised that i can pay R900 and everything will be sorted, however she is refusing to put what she says in writing as a confirmation that i should make payment of R 900. <br> <br> How can you fail to put your verbal conversation in writing in order to confirm it? <br> The managers phone rings without anyone answering.
