I was ****** by gym company, they do not even have my contract.

I was called up and I took a offer and went to Bromhof to collect my black tag. I filled in a form. Never aware that it was a 3 year contract now that I want to cancel they want to charge me R1700. Nr 1 my contract is non binding as they spelt my name wrong, nr 2 the physical hard copy of my contract with my signature cannot be found, nr 3 how is that there is no recordof my contractat Bromhof branch yet my informationwas found at Roodepoort branch, a placeI had never been up until 2 weeks back to try sort out this problem. I do believe what you are doing is ******* as not contract duration was disclosed a d my contract info is wrong and the place where I received my tag has no info on me but a place 45 min from my house, where I have never been has all my info but it is incorrect yet I been paying monthly.

I want this contract cancelled immediately and I will no longer pay a cent as it cant be binding as the info is incorrect and you people are poorly organised and rob people with your deceit and lies
