I WAS CONNED INTO JOINING THEIR GYM

About 5-6 years ago there was a company at Maponya Mall promoting themselves, they had equipment for clients to try out as a way of doing this. Me and a friend of mine decided to try out their equipment. After the whole process, their consultant offered us cards and told us that we needed to complete some documents before the cards were issued. I informed him that I did not want to join the Gym as I am not sure if I am ready to join, he however ensured us that we are just going to get cards and if we want to start using the Gym we would need to start paying and would then have access to their services and we don't want to join then the cards would be void.<br> <br> Recently I payed off my accounts in order to be cleared from the ITC but when I tried to apply for a car I was told that I had defaults in my name, I then contacted Transunion to assist me with this matter and was told that a company by the name of GYM CO PTY LTD was the one responsible for this and also provided me with their contact details. At first I did not know who they were and after some deep thought, I remembered the guys from Maponya Mall.
