I want my money back and cancel the application

It's a bad company they just deduct money and refuse to reverse it back ...even their Manager is just pointless I feel bad for the staff and people who gym there ...I've asked for a cancelation but still no response ...the last money in my account was took on the 29 this month but it was suppose to debit on the 25th I hate this company
