I NEED ANSWERS

I am disappointed by the service one of your guys offered, he called me so nice and asked if I can join the gym and I agreed. I paid the account close to 6 month however I have never been to the gym due to the fact that I had to relocate. I called the consultant that offered me to join to cancel the offer of which he assured me it is done. 2 months later I went to go open the account and I was informed I need to pay R1600 WHY WHY WHY because I was assured the account was closed. Im not sure if your consultants earn commission monthly or what but he was just pathetic. I really want to join the gym however I don't understand why I should pay the amount if I followed the procedure which I was informed it was the correct one.<br> <br> I need answers because im 100% sure I am listed because of one selfish person who was not competent.<br>
