I have you in a contract, now I don't care about you as my customer anymore

The Gym Company purchased 25Fit in Benoni and took over all their contracts. Mine was one of them. Since then the gym has gone backwards. I have complained about it to them directly, which took 7 days to get back to me, and I rep**** with more complaints and to this date, NO FEEDBACK. The equipment is falling apart. Two of the machines in the circuit area has been out of order for almost a month now and one cardio machine's been out of order since the beginning of the year. I have also complained to the Team Leader and one of the managers on duty and as expected, no feedback. They are now offering a free gym back if you join, but they can't issue you with an access tag. Staff wash their shoes and cut their hair in the basins, the shows are not working properly and the gym smells like a school bus after a sports outing on a summers day. This morning the showers were dirty and the amount of "gunk" that is in the showers is unbelievable. I usually shower with flip-flops, but this morning my flip-flops didn't want to go in. This is the worst experience I ever had in a gym, but now that they have me in a contract, they give me the middle finger on all my complaints. I even tried to post on their Facebook page, but they do not allow this, WONDER WHY? Seeing that they sponsor Ms SA, maybe they should get her to come exercise at this branch! I don't know how she can associate herself with such a poor institution.
