I have relocated but i cant get out of contract

I came to Maponya to join The Gym company on my free will and I was made to sign a yellow unprofessional paper which I was told was my pass out to gym whilst I wait for a gym tag. I only found out when I wanted to cancel that the paper was actually my contract. I was advised to bring someone to Maponya to take over the account should I want to cancel it. I have relocated and I find this ridiculous, the person I had found wasn't willing to travel all the way to Soweto for change of ownership. worst of it all their other branches couldn't do this on behalf of Maponya nor email or fax me the paper work to change ownership.i find this whole situation annoying and depressing because I nolonger want to be a member of The Gym company because I have relocated and many other reasons.They binded me to a contract unaware and their terms are pathetic and unreasonable. I only wanted a 1year contract not 3 full years. the consultant I dealt with \Dumisani"said he would make an appointment with me to rectify this matter six months later he still hasn't resolved it. I am sick to my stomach I cant have a bad record bcz of a mere gym membership. People should look out when taking their membership """
