I have been **** to by the sales people and more been ill treated by the staff at the gym

<p>I signed two contracts in January for myself and my wife where u get two free months of gym and only start paying on the third month. I was advised by the sales person at Westgate that i can downgrade closer to my first instalment which is 25/03/2017 and i can get my token after paying R1000. I visted the gym last thursday and they advised it cant be done and only a senior person can authorise the downgrade. As they say the contract states it must be done within 20 working days. If i was told that by the sales person i would have done it in that specified. I logged a dispute on last thursday and was told would have it resolved by friday still waiting. All I want is to be downgraded and for gym to keep to there word.</p>
