I have become voiceless

<p>Sometime last year I signed up for gym membership at Gym Company. I had just moved to Johannesburg and their gym was situated right opposite my workplace. At the time, they were running the R99 promotion and that's what I was made to believe I was signing up for. I wanted to take the contract home but the guy that signed me up assured me that everything was above board and the sooner I gave him my signed contract, the sooner I could start using their facilities and the nice thing was that I'd only start paying after two months. This all sounded good to me and I signed on the dotted line. Since then they have been debiting me an amount of R199 every month. In December this amount was debited twice and when I inquired; they couldn't give me an answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Starting from January this year; there has also been an additional amount of R49 and I have absolutely no idea what this is for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have taken the matter to social media. On Facebook they have blocked me from posting or commenting on their official wall. On twitter they have decided to ignore me - please see attached image.</p> <p> </p> <p>The gym manager by the name of 'Fanyana' gave me a call sometime in March and I told him my story. He promised to call me back with a solution and needless to say I am still waiting for that call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would discourage everyone from using these people. They ***** money and are very *********** in as far as client service is concerned.</p>
