I got debited twice this month, why?

Please provide explanation as to why you debited me twice this month because now one of my accounts bounced because of this unprofessional gesture from you. Why would you debit twice and not make me aware prior to the time. Be professional about this and provide clarity while you credit back my money. This is uncalled for. Why is GYM company like this mara, ehhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????
