I canceled my subscription to the Gym Company in September 2023

I canceled my subscription to the Gym Company in September 2023. I had a month-to month contract but when I canceled I was told to pay 3 months cancelation. I asked that they should show me in my contract that I signed when I signed up where there was a 3 months cancelation, up until today no one could assist me regarding that - they just say it is in the contract. I cant get a hold of someone to assist me to stop the debit order because it is still going off. This month (March) they put a debit order through for R50, and then yesterday again there was a debit order for R299 going off. I phoned them, I emailed them, but they don't phone back or resolve the issue. Very bad service!!!
