I called for account quieries

I always receive an sms stating that my account is in arrears, I called to inquirer and spoke to Keke and Agnes who are the receptionists at the Randburg branch, they first do not wanted to tell me their surnames and keep transferring me to each other, Keke said it clearly that i am wasting her time and energy and said what ever i am asking her i was supposed to ask it on the first day of the gym and she is not prepared to answer any question from me.<br> I really hate what they did to me and the way disrespect customers asking do you want me to assist you or not?<br> To Keke and Agnes i really hate gym company with all my heart and i am gonna cancel my membership, i am going to the bank today to reverse the debit orders that went through.<br> <br> I HATE YOU KEKE, AGNES AND GYM COMPANY.
