I am sick and tired of The Gym Company

On the 10/02/14 I joined the the gym that was said to open in the Month of May 2014 at a shopping centre 3mins away from my work place. May came but gym wasn't open June nothing and there was no feedback, so I went there to find out and I was told that the gym be operating in August so I waited August came and went still the gym wasn't open. Then I decided to cancel my membership due to service delivery and false promises and I was told that I have to find sum1 to take over my membership since I'm cancelling but I didn't't see that to be fair bcoz it was their fault that I even got to that conclusion. So the gym eventually open in November (9months later) if I'm not mistaking and now they started debiting my account and I have try to get them to cancel my membership but they haven't till today. I spoke to Dewain (supervisor) and to Keke who was said to be the the accounts or financial manager they said that they will get back to me but still nothing but they keep taking money from my account. The gym doesn't even have a shower. Like really!!!? I'm really tired of this company now<br> <br> Please help me out.
