I am charged a fee of joining a gym I never attended

<p>I met a guy called But he very helpful but tacky as a Sales man I enquires about their products and he was explaining everything to me and I got interested to join the gym and it's facilities but due to unforseen cir***stances I was re deployed to Limpopo in November when I joined them and I was told that I will get a welcome benefit of being in the gym for a month for free. But I never for a chance too because of the commitments I had at the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>And he also stated that I will be paying my membership fee at the end of January soo, I didn't even get a membership card for that matter but later on I am being charged R1800 or else they threaten to blacklist me for something I never attended or got involved in isn't this poor service???</p> <p> </p> <p>Point no.2 is that why did they wait all of this time??? And why didn't they tell me I won't be getting out of the membership contract I was ******* into signing???</p> <p>I am very angry I wanna pursue the matter in court cause this is unfair and it not put not TCF</p>
