How they debit my money three times in one month

hi my name is senzo nkomo frm pimville soweto I open a gym account with gym company at my maponya mall basically they told us one month in november is free they will start debiting my account on 27th of nov oh well I agree the terms but I.only went there just once in month of november till today am.not going to that gym I inquired for my membership to be closed however iwas told I need to transfer that membership or.pay R550 gym fees and cancellation fee of R1200 so that.my account can be closed so today they debit my account into three times payment of those fees of a gym am furious and angry with a manner they are dealing unprofessionally and parasitical eating my hard earn money so they took almost R800 in that account
