Horrible staff

Worst experience ever. Trying to cancel my contract is a living night mare, getting told its cancelled, but then it gets deducted again, but when you talk to them, you getting accused of shouting them over the phone when you actually talking normal. they either hang up and blocked your number, in order to phone then again I had to use another number. They have no idea how to deal with client, you complain and then they tell you you won't get assisted like this. They have horrible attitudes
