Horrible service on Membership Cancelation

Horrible treatment received when wanting to cancel my membership.I am registered with gym company in Brackencity branch I have been calling them for over 2 months now I am being send from pillar to post being promised to be send an email that I am still wanting for.Yesterday I was told I need to come to the gym physically to cancel it mind u I am now staying out of the province told them and asked if can't I email them was rudely told "No" when I said I need a manager was told she is not there her name is Thandi they refused to give me her email address. I have been paying for free for over 6 months if I skip payment they call immediately and get promised that after settling it only can I be able to cancel of which it hasn't happened I am truly disappointed in the service I have been receiving for a month to month contract truly disappointing as when you join u get told that u can cancel at anytime without hassle that's a lie
