Horrible service
<p>Staff were always friendly when we signed up, always a friendly greeting but now they are utterly rude. We walked in last night and my girlfriend and her sister forgot their tags. They openly asked Steve " and these people?" . These people pay the gym fee and are members but get treated like they don't belong there. One day they forget their tags, ONE DAY and they get treated like that. This is disgusting. Sort out your staff because this is nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>Afterwards i went to go talk to steve and he told me he let them in to save them the embarresment. Honestly... They are Members and then he even asked me if they are members or just my girlfriends sister. Steve sat down with me and my girlfriend to sign the contract. Now he is asking me if she is even a member. Shows you how they don't even notice people. </p> <p> </p> <p>All they care about is getting people to sign a contract to ensure that they get money for 36 months and maybe getting a raise for getting so much contracts in a month. Disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>They seriously need to sort out their staff or get new staff in who actually want to work and help their clients and new comers.</p>
