horrible service

<p>I called in at the gym company on ********** I’m the sure where the branch is because i dont use the gym </p> <p>My enquiry is I have never been to the gym and don’t even know where is it based and it was to my surprise that I owe the gym R 8 209.00</p> <p>When I called on Monday Glen or Gray at the switch board he said he will call back since today until I picked up the phone and asked if is he still calling me back he then apologized. he put me through to this rude guy who hanged up on my ear the most rudest thing ever his name was Elias he then said he will black list me</p> <p>i even tried reaching out to Dylan and Lan via e-mail however they didnt even bother getting back to me or try to contact me. the sad part was they said they going to Blacklist me </p> <p>Is this what the employees of gym company do?</p> <p>Is this how they run the business?</p> <p>I’m only 20 years I don’t have r 8 209.00 I have never been to the gym and don’t even know where this gym is based.</p>
