Horrible service

I have never received such a horrible Service from Gym company Nkomo village, I joined the gym in April this year just because they offered the EMS sculpting option. I booked and my booking was cancelled and when I tried to speak to management they didn't give me the time of day to listen to what my issue is.The Regional manager Martin is very rude and he doesn't care about the clients issues,now I want to cancel my membership cause the reason for me joining is no longer there...#Shutdowngymcompany....
