Horrible service

I have cancelled my membership in July 2024 and paid cancellation fee. I was then told that my membership was cancelled. In December 2024 I was contacted and told that I owe them. I paid that amount and asked for proof of cancellation and confirmation that I don’t owe them anymore however I was never assisted. In January 2025, they then called me and told me that I still owe and that my membership was not cancelled. The service I have received is horrible due to inefficient administration.
