Horrible!!!

I have been harassed over since March 2023 for payments from this company after I had canceled in February. And they even charge and add penalty fees!!! This was supposedly a month to month contract. When I wanted yo stop my gym subscription they told me that I can not cancel the contract over the phone which is utterly ridiculous! I then went into the brach at Gym Company Brackenhurst to fill out the necessary forms and left. And month after month this company harassed me for payments after I had canceled. I then called in and the said that the paperwork went missing because of loadshedding they did not capture the cancelation and they can't see the cancelation on the system. I asked for them to process the cancelation and again I was met with an inability to accommodate me and kept hearing excuse over excuse of why it can not be done. I can not go into the branch because I moved away from that area. So now I had to resort to stop or reverse a debit that really affects my credit score in a negative way! I am furious because no one is willing to do their job and assist me. It is so easy when they sign you up then they will jump through hoops because all they see is the sale and not the person. I have not used this facility since January 2023. And not to even talk about the smell of the gym. Let's just say not very fresh. The smell of sweat lingers and hangs in the air. And more times than I can count I have tried calling to resolve this matter but the phone lines don't ring or there simply is no answer. Please never sign up at this place! You will regret it!
