Horrible Admin

The Administration at this place is **********! I called in to ask how I can change my banking details..... In the age of internet I still had to go in to fill in a form. which I did. I noticed that my contract had been extended? I was told that its because of Covid19, but the lady wasn't really sure how it works. The lady told me she would get Admin/Accounts to call me. they never did. I called in a week later. to now be told I have to go back in to fill in another form with regards to the Extension.

Today I get a phone call to say that my Debt order hasn't gone off and now I need to go in to make a manual payment. SERIOUSLY!
