help with contract and no help is provided by them

refusal of help by Tanya and they cant even get the manager to call me, whats worse is that she promises to get the manager to call me and then ends up not doing it and when i call in a couple of days later she tells me that she doesn't want to talk to me and then drops the phone on me. The issue is about them trying to charge me for months after the agreement is over over something that is not in their contract and something that one of the consultants had supposedly spoke to the manager about and told me that the manager said yes i am not liable to pay. I froze my account for a couple of months and at the time they failed to inform me that i will be liable to pay for it after it expired and now they fail to provide me with the contract I signed that sates exactly that. I need help as the consultant is rude and tells me that she doesn't want to talk to me and i should not call her anymore and this is on the Gym Companies tell number and fails to get the manager to call me as at first they said he wasn't in due to it being a weekend and now apparently he is out of the country.
