Have to pay cancelation fee for nothing

We joined the benoni branch in November then end of January were informed they closing this branch and we can move to another branch but the new options are so far away it's pointless for us to drive that far but then when we wanted to cancel we must pay 20% of the remaining monthly installments witch is rediculous seeing as it's not our fault they closed that branch
