Harassment for unknown payment requests

I cancelled my membership in July but they keep debiting my bank account and sending me request for payment. When I enquire what the payment is for, I don't get any answers. They are now threatening me with legal actions but still failing to tell me what the payment is for. Even when their representatives communicate with me, they always promise to get back to me but they don't . This company is harassing me!!!
