Harassment at gym company

i was working late on Tuesday night 26/06/2018 and got to the gym a bit late, just after 21:00. i had a quick training session and went for a shower as i know the gym closes at 22:00, one of the trainers and a cleaner were yelling at me to get out its time for them to go home, i have just got out of the shower and told him that i'm on my way i just need to get dressed.

right after that he put off all the lights in the bathroom, at this point he was speaking to me like i'm a dog and at this point i was completely naked and battled to find my clothes as it was pitch dark the cleaner and the trainer continued to shout at me until i finally found my things, got dressed and got out.

i left the gym at 22:05 so for being 5 mins late i was treated in that way, i had my gym partner with me.

Then yesterday 27/06/2018 i got to the gym at around 8 because i did'nt finish work so late, when i got there with my gym partner a female trainer started going at me and talking to me like i'm a child and yelled at me and swore very loudly and openly over the counter in reception in front of everyone in the gym, one of the customers that heard was a lady and actually told her that she cant do that.

i understand that i made them wait five minutes and i was aware the gym closed at 10 but to be treated like that is absolutely unacceptable.

I did not even go to the manager because i know and i have heard from the staff of the gym themselves that the current manager doesnt deal with anything and when customers go to him to complain he laughs at them as soon as they leave his office, the staff of this gym is poorly managed, disrespectful and no proffetionalism whatsoever.

i am absolutely appalled by the poor service and horrible treatment from the staff of this branch and i have had enough. I am cancelling my gym contract an dont want anything to do with this Gym.
