Harassed by a Gym Company employee

Yesterday, I called to cancel my membership, I spoke to a lady by the name of Zama, at first she was polite. I explained to her that I rejoined the gym last week Wednesday and paid R500.00 of which I owed. She told me that I had to pay R199.00 again to cancel, I explained to her that I just paid last week and was advised that my next payment would be due next month end. I even asked, if I had paid the R500.00 last week why wasn't theR199.00 added to that amount she could not answer, then went on and said she and I are not the same age so I need to mind how I speak to her. Then she said I should come to the branch because I have a lot to say. She was extremely rude and threatened me. How does the company hire such people and I would like a recording of the call to take this matter further. I am never coming back to your gym. She further what sapped me and then blocked me after leaving 7 missed calls on my phone which I was intentionally not answering. This person has full access to my private information and I feel harassed, unsafe and violated. Is this how Gym Company works?
