Gymcompany Bromhof- billing after cancellation

I cancelled my contract in writing (as per the documents provided by the Gym) at the Bromhof branch with the GM called Nadia and confirmed. 9 months later I still continue to be debited by the Gym. I went in today and guess what..the burden of proof that I cancelled falls on me with no accountability from the people that I spoke to at Bromhof gym. Really ********* practices!!!!!!!!
