Gym *******ion

So I cancelled my gym membership at the end of January. Sent them an email as instructed, only to find out I was supposed to fill in a cancellation form. This I only received yesterday. So backdated the cancellation form to match back with my cancellation email, and now I have to pay more than one month, and they will only process the cancellation end of this month. This is not the first time I have had issues with Gym Company. You guys are pathetic!!! No procedures or protocols are followed through from your staff! This is completely unacceptable!!! Worst Gym ever when it comes to finance and admin!!!! do yourself a favor - go find another gym!!!!
