Gym Compwny Florida-Livid Experience!

Good day, I sit here and write about the Gum Company in Flora Centre. I have signed up with the gym the first time I went there for was nobody to receipt my mo ey for my access card at reception. The second time I went there it was load shedding. I was disappointed that I engaged them them in the first place never to gone back again. For months I had been paying gym fees and not attending. Eventually I sent them an email which I have proof of to terminate my contract for it had to be a month to month contract. The manager called me asking me why I was not attending and I gave him my reasons. He apologised for me not being happy and also said that if I had to leave it would be a 3 month notice period whereby the would be still taking monies from my account. This went on for 3 months whereby I was not going to gym and monies went off my account after the 3 month period I stopped paying thinking okay you said a 4 month notice period and by the end of June I would be done. Thereafter consultants called me sending I should pay. They said I did not give notice and I then sent the emails again. I still had different consultants call me. I had to explain this to all the consultants that would call me. To this day I am still receiving sms and Whtsapp to pay. I am livid with is kind of behaviour. Legally I would like to prove this.
