GYM COMPANY's unfair listing

I am currently unemployed, GYM COMPANY has this clause that says you can "FREEZE ACCOUNT" there is a lady called Magwegwe at Westgate GYM COMPANY who did that for me me the level of the POPIA is not known at GYM COMPANY we need to send them confidential details as to why we no longer employed. apparently they can only freeze for 3months after that initial debits continue, I asked Lebo that called me as to what can we do she said "i need to make payment" then never got back to me as we were chatting via the company's WhatsApp. yet I'm currently unemployed, now I'm faced with being BLACKLISTED by GYM COMPANY meaning I'm never going to get a job as the Financial Institution need your to have a CLEAR CREDIT. Magwegwe who initially assisted me never told me about the 3 months, now i must continue making payments as per Lebo instructions. Yet I'm still unemployed. meaning I'm never going to find a job because of the listing by GYM COMPANY. Not sure how they cannot freeze it until i find a JOB.
