Gym company's ********** and ***** behaviour

I was hesitant since day one about this company. I didn't want to join and the day I signed the "contract", I wasn't even told that I'm signing a contract. Nothing was explained to me correctly. And what kind of company makes you sign something so crucial outside the mall? I don't even have a membership card until this day. A few days later after I've realized that I signed a contract, I went back to them and asked them for a cancellation. Instead they gave me a bunch of stories and alternatives, instead of just heeding to what I said!! Now they're deducting money from my account and threatening to affect my credit record, which is very clear by the way before I came across them! I called in to the Account Department and the lady couldn't help me. When I called again after putting much thought into this, that I was basically bulldozed into joining this thing, it went straight to voicemail. I'm sure I called about 5 times. I don't know if I was blocked or something, or not. Long story short: Their service is terrible. Consultants also have a young attitude. You really don't feel at home there. These people have ********** tendencies and they are ******. People work hard for their money for them to just come and take it like this. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
