Gym company worse gym ever

I am not even sure when I joined the gym there gym company it was November I think bt the most upsetting part is Martin the manager who gave me his watsup has promised and promised to address my complaint bt has not ,they get these useless disoriented people like chichi who signed us up not explaining to us that the gym close at 8pm.i leave home 5 and come back at 8pm with gautrain if I knew I would never have joined ,never used this gym not one day ever just had a massage done once n that's it never had the time. Send Martin messages upon messages and then he finally on Jan closes my account bt the stupid employees sorry to say keep changing the code and taking my money . Even spoke to Winnie she said I DNT have an account so why they ***** my money and why when Martin promise he not closing my account my husband unemployed and his account linked to me I am the one who pays so why take my money when I closed this account. Told Martin I DNT have time nurse in a very busy netcare hospital DNT have time that's why want to cancel almost 6 months now bt they keep changing the code and taking my cash ,the worse gym ever,worse staff ever,was with dream body in sunninghill they the best
