GYM COMPANY WINCHESTER - HORRIBLE SERVICE!

GYM Company Winchester has the worst service ever! I joined the gym on a month to month contract for R199, then later upgraded to R399 to access the spa services. I was severely disappointed with the maintenance of the equipment at the Spa. I complained to the administrators and later requested to downgrade my member since i was not happy with spa services. It was a complete waste of my money. Upon requesting the downgrade, i was told that i must pay a downgrade fee of R399 CASH. Clearly paying for the gym's incompetence to maintain their facilities. I refused to pay the downgrade fee since they didn't include the clause in the contract and no one told me about the fee when i upgraded. I finally decided to serve a notice to terminate my membership. I really love the gym but their service is horrible! The manager could not even assist save my membership, almost seems as though they do not care about customer satisfaction.
