Gym company Winchester Hills thefts

My phone got ****** the second time at the Winchester hills gym. Management just claims that they are not liable. But a phone getting ****** in a locked locker unheard off. The cleaners claim that one of the staff members opens lockers due to the fact that there are no cameras on the lockers.
