Gym company winchester hills are the biggest ****s i know.People dont let them make you a stupid its no month to month contract

I signed up with gym company winchester hills a few months ago over the phone and internet.yes i really wanted to start gyming but unfortunately work was so hectic that i couldn't get a chance.Then because i knew its a month to month contract to what i understand a month to month contract is like pay as u go but not to them they put it in such words but when i never paid i received a msg to say i must make immediate payments before actions are taken up any i made the payment and went on Tuesday to cancel my contract got confirmation yesterday to say my contract is canceled fine.Today someone put money in my bank account and so happened that gym company had made a debit but the lady i was dealing with had told me my contract has expired so its Ok to cancel.
